At Millionaire Oud, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of fragrance, oud, and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or damaged products unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
